The fiber laser marking machine head is mainly composed of linear guides and electromechanical components. Because the guide rail directly faces the workpiece being processed, debris generated during the workpiece engraving process and dust and other impurities in the daily field environment easily adhere to the guide rail, which can easily cause guide rail wear over time. The prevention method is to regularly clean the guide rail with gasoline, dry it and then add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. This work is recommended to be done once every two weeks. At the same time, pay attention to avoid adding oil to the synchronous belt during the cleaning and oiling process.
Maintenance of marking machine controller: Due to the characteristics of the equipment being exposed to the air for a long time, dust easily accumulates in the circuit board over time, and long-term uncleanliness can easily cause circuit short circuits. The elimination method is to turn off the controller power, open the box cover, and use clean compressed air to blow the internal dust clean. Usually, more attention should be paid to dust prevention inside the chassis. Computer maintenance: After the computer runs for a long time, a large amount of garbage files will also be generated inside the system, which will directly affect the normal operation of the software if not cleaned up.
Add a small amount of 20# or above machine oil to the X and Y axis slide rods once a week, and hold the marking head with your hand to move it back and forth several times along the X and Y directions; regularly check whether the connection between the XY axis motor and the synchronous belt wheel is loose, check once every three months; regularly check the tension level of the XY axis synchronous belt (once every three months); regularly check whether the XY axis synchronous belt fixing block is loose (once every three months); keep the marking head cylinder sleeve clean, do not allow dust, iron filings, etc. to enter the cylinder or copper sleeve, and add lubricating oil before daily use; when the air source is connected, the two-piece unit automatically drains water, and gas will be discharged at this time. The marking machine will return to normal after a few minutes, and check whether the pneumatic two-piece unit is normal once every six months; needle wear can be repaired. The method to remove the needle is to unscrew the needle sleeve to the left and remove the rubber sealing pad to remove the needle and reset spring; oil stains and iron filings are not allowed on the travel switch; compressed air should meet the indicators proposed in the technical requirements.
