After confirming the order, we will determine the delivery date based on the model and production schedule. For general models, we will arrange production within about 7 days and will notify you of the exact stage of the production process.

We guarantee that all our laser machines have a one-year warranty (excluding consumables such as focusing lenses, mirrors, etc.).

A large amount of feedback from customers proves that our laser machines have stable performance and few failures. However, once a failure occurs, we will handle it in the following ways:

1. We guarantee to give you a clear reply within 24 hours.

2. If the failure is caused by improper software operation and other software failures, we will help you solve the problem online.

3. If it is proven that a certain part is damaged, we will provide you with replacement parts as soon as possible, so you can replace it yourself, thereby reducing unnecessary time costs.
